About this app
Track medications, peptides, injections, and supplements. Get reminders, log what you paid at the pharmacy, and share doses with the people who help you. No account, and no Merra server.
Merra is for people who take medication every day and want one place for the schedule, the supply, and the cost. It covers prescriptions, peptides, injections, and supplements, and it works for one person or for a family that logs doses for each other.
There is no account and no Merra server. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. Care-circle data is end-to-end encrypted in iCloud. Analytics are off until you turn them on, and they carry event names only.
Merra requires a subscription, billed weekly, monthly, or yearly. One subscription unlocks everything, including a care circle of up to six people. Anyone you invite uses Merra free.

Medications and reminders
Search the medication library, then set a daily, weekly, hourly, or as-needed schedule. Reminders appear on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and you can confirm, skip, or snooze without opening the app. Merra can also remind you about an upcoming dose as you leave home; your home location stays on the device. Scheduled doses can be added to a calendar named Merra.

Peptides and injections
A peptide catalog covers the common names, so adding one takes seconds. Peptides and supplements sit in their own stack, and every injection is saved with a timestamp you can search later. Weekly GLP-1 schedules are built in.

Inventory and refills
Merra counts the doses you have left of each medication, peptide, and supplement, and tells you before you run out. Expired items get flagged too.

Pharmacy and costs
Save the pharmacies you use or search the map for one nearby. Log each purchase with its price, quantity, and date, and attach a photo of the receipt. Tap the price or the pharmacy name in the photo and Merra fills the field in for you to check.

Family and caregivers
Invite up to six people to a care circle with an iCloud share link. Everyone sees the same doses and can log for each other. One subscription covers the whole circle; people you invite pay nothing.

Insights
Adherence by medication and by time of day, streaks, and views over 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. Connect Apple Health to see sleep, activity, and body data next to your doses, with two-way weight sync.

Places
Forty-four photographs of real landscapes, unlocked as your streaks and totals grow. Set any one you have unlocked as the app background.

Backup and export
Export a backup you can restore on another device, or a printable PDF of your history to hand to your doctor.
Your device, your iCloud
Data is stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. Care-circle sharing is end-to-end encrypted. Your home location for leave-home reminders never leaves the device.
No selling, ever
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models. Analytics are off by default and record event names only.
You're in control
Export a full backup or a PDF report at any time. Delete everything from Settings in one step.
