By downloading or using Merra ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is not medical advice

Merra is a personal organizational tool, not a medical device, diagnostic system, or substitute for professional healthcare. Information you enter or that the App displays — including OCR-extracted label data, schedules, reminders, and adherence trends — is provided for your convenience only and may contain errors.

Always confirm dosage, timing, and interactions with a licensed healthcare professional or your pharmacist. Do not rely on Merra in emergencies — contact emergency services or poison control directly.

License

Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Merra on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and backed up.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

No warranty

Merra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio disclaims all warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Merra, including but not limited to missed doses, incorrect dosing, data loss, or harm of any kind resulting from reliance on the App.

Apple's terms

Merra is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
